What are some of the worst ways you can criticize your teammate?
For me, it’s always good to be able to see how I can improve.
I don’t think I ever got to a point where I was saying things that weren’t true, so that’s always a good place to start.
I’m not the biggest fan of being critical, but if it’s an argument that I think is going to get you in trouble, then I think it’s good to have that as a part of the argument.
There’s a lot of times that I’ve gotten into arguments with people who were doing it and not doing it.
I’ve seen it happen and it’s been very, very bad.
The only thing that I do is look at the facts, and if something’s not true, then the best thing to do is to try to prove it, rather than to just be defensive and say, “I’ve got this idea.”
I think you have to look at it and ask, “How did I get here?”
I’m not trying to get into all the details of why it’s not working out.
I’m just trying to give you a heads-up on how you’re doing it wrong, so you can do better.
When you’re on the field, you have a lot more responsibility on your shoulders, and that can sometimes make you defensive.
I think when you’re a coach or a manager, if you’re not able to lead by example, you can end up being defensive.
